| 1and1 Does anyone have any experience with them? I'd appreciate any feedback any of you should have. |
| Yes. I use them and can compare them to many other shared and dedicated server hosts. They are ok. I don't have any specific complaints other than the fact that their help system must be the most unintuitive I've ever seen in my life. I'm still not sure I know how to submit a ticket. I had to call them and it took me ages on hold. Everything else has been ok. I would say their service is pretty pathetic, but their pricing and performance is ok. Not a bad choice and I do like their SSH support. |
| I am looking into 1and1 also. I do find that their domain names are probably the cheapest I have found, but their hosting is a little bit more expensive than some other sites. There are just so many different hosting companies to choose from it's giving me a headache!! |
