Google, Gmail spam filter changed?

Google, Gmail spam filter changed?

In the past I found that the gmail spam filter was excellent. Beginning in March, I've found emails from regular correspondents are ending up in the spam box. I would think that if you are regularly sending and receiving emails with a specific email address that such mails should not be sent to the spam folder.

I realize I can make a filter for each one... which is a mighty tedious process for something that should be automatic!
