Black Hat SEO Have any of you tried black hat SEO? Besides keyword stuffing, there are all these other techniques. I talked to a Black Hatter and he got to the top of the keyword by doing all this weird stuff. The only thing I remember is 2.0 Spamming, but there were some other fancy ones too. Does anyone know all the types of Black Hat SEO?
I have never heard of Black hat SEO. What is spamming 2.0 and why does it sound like not a good place to go? I am trying to move away from putting anything into email campaigns from my domain names that would answer a spam filter.I am getting a 5 day delay from an email delivery address from certain sites and I think it's because they have been associated with so much spamming it takes that long to clear the filters.
I've read up about it and it's something to be very careful of. It's tempting, but can get you banned. Some of the techniques include:Keyword Stuffing Invisible text doorway pages These can be very useful and can be used in a limited manner, but you don't want to get your site banned so tread carefully. I've included a useful link that describes it.
