My Favorite RSS Reader My favoriate RSS reader is Bloglines. You can easily keep up to date with any of the RSS from the bloglines website and it doesn't matter if you change computers, they keep track of what you have read or not.For this forum, I mouse over the XML button and then select bloglines. Then I see all the new stuff whenever I check in with bloglines. You have to register with bloglines, but best I can tell they don't send out any kind of crap emails at all.
Thank you for that information. I wasn't aware of them and had not heard their name before.I definitely will look it up and give it a try. This forum is great for little tidbits of information like this. I am enjoying it very much.
Thanks for the great tip. That's what we're all here for :)I like the new Google Reader. It's a lot better than the old version and does a good job. As with all Google things it's also free which is great. For pocket pc users out there, you'll definitely want to check out egress. It's a super efficient RSS reader for the PPC. It's not freeware, but it's very cheap (around $12 I think) and worth every cent.
Bloglines has a mobile version which works good.I never went to look at Google's new version because their old one was so completely usesless. IE7 has a pretty good reader built in. The readers in the other brosers are not to my liking.
I have read that bloglines is best used with firefox. What is the best one to use Internet Explorer? Does anyone use Yahoo RSS, is it called Rocket? Has anyone heard of Klipfolio, and how good is it?
I had never heard of that before. I was looking for something similiar to that earlier this week. Thanks for the tip. I am going to have to check on it and maybe set something up.
I like the Google REader. For me, it's the most easiest to read. I've not had problems with it, but I think I will check out Bloglines.
