My understanding is that first of all you have to think up a first class web site with interesting offerings, like losing weight, yoga, voodoo, UFOs, spirit world, etc., stuff that will attract people. You can write a couple of ebooks to sell over the web on your page. Stuff that looks authoritative and real. Then you put that page up and sign it up with Adsense. You start getting paid per cliks, and start selling your ebooks. With time, plenty of time, and driving folks to your page with SEO and traffic drivers. You slowly start getting revenue from you page. You start building your first million dollars.
