I used to use imageshack

I used to always use imageshack to upload images and stuff, but it's always been slow, and you can't really save your images. I upload images on my website now. I think anybody who has a site should do that instead of using an image upload site.

Not sure about that. Sites like flickr are super efficient these days and they are not the only web 2.0 company to offer this service. I think it's well worth keeping an eye on the latest and greatest image hosting services.
