I have received the email to activate my new listing, but the password you gave me won't work (cut-and-pasted directly into the password box from email).

Hi. You sent me a registration confirmation at the above email address with a "click on this link to activate your account, but there was no link, although you listed my email and password. When I tried to enter my email address and password to log in, it's showing me as not registered. What do I do?
