| Yahoo! Answers: How to become a webmaster? I have been studying web design for a long time. The basics for over 10 years. I am starting to pick up PHP very quickly. I already know most of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I feel like I am a very competent beginner. But where do I go from here? I know I will be going to school for this but is there a way to capitalize on my skills now? I have tried freelance sites like Elance with no luck. (I believe this is due to inexperience) Where do I go from here? Thanks to both of you! both were informative. I am very good with photoshop but have the same issues with getting work, although I have a large portfolio. I was lumping mysql in with php when saying that I am getting good at it. I only wish I could give you both best answers. |
